1) Before start : | check whether air volume is sufficient | |||||||||||||||
2) Loading : | - check whether air volume is sufficient. - Check whether the scale shows between 0.2kgf and 0.7kgf. - Overload (overload may cause serious problems on our product, which is not liable for the company) |

3) Unload : | - drive with tri-axle uplifted. - Driving with tri-axle lowered may cause loss of driving force. |

4) Parking on slope : lower the tri-axle (preventing slipping) | ||||||||||||||||
5) Driving on rainy road or snowy road | ||||||||||||||||
- Drive with tri-axle uplifted if possible. - The rear part of a vehicle may turn left or right as the tri-axle is first put on the brake when a truck sets suddenly break. |

6) Driving on unpaved road : lower the tri-axle and adjust air volume as less as possible(1.5kgf on gauge) before driving. | ||||||||||||||||
7) Applying axle and kit grease | ||||||||||||||||
- Applying grease every 3-month. - Replace a rubber bushing if the clearance is widened. - It may cause damaged parts or shortened life unless grease is replenished or replaced properly. |

8) Effective driving tips | ||||||||||||||||
- Driving on load with the gauge set between 0.1 and 0.3 kgf may reduce tire wear and increase braking power. | ||||||||||||||||

※ Precautions ※ - It must be checked in a month as it differs depending on vehicle types. - Durability may suffer from faults if driving it after setting the tri-axle on over-pressure(5kg and more). - When turning suddenly or loading/unloading, please drive with the tri-axle uplifted as possible. |

10) U bolt and other bolts are factory-set as the preferable torques when released. | ||||||||||||||||
Make sure to regularly re-tightened them as follows. ① 5 days after release or after repairs. ② 30 days after release or repaires. ③ 60 days after release or after repairs. ④ every 6-month. |
